I'm sorry LexTechs, but this was my last visit for any routine service. Sure, you're somewhat cheaper than the dealership, but you need to be a little more client-focused, particularly with routine service. I didn't expect that with an 8am appointment, I'd be waiting until noon before my car was even put onto a rack. This just isn't the way things should be done. I've previously had good service with a break job, so you're holding with 3 stars.

I can't say that I would recommend this place because of some sneaky behavior that I saw. I had an appointment to get an oil change. Fortunately, I decided to wait in the lobby for the service to wrap up and while I was waiting, I overheard a conversation between the front desk guy and another customer about a $39.95 oil change deal for new customers (which I was). When I was quoted for my service 10 mins earlier by the same guy, the price for my oil change was $135 and I wasn't informed of this deal. Presumably the front desk guy knew I was a new customer because I wasn't in their system, but he didn't let me know about the deal. I asked him if I could take advantage of the deal, and he said yes. Okay, maybe he just didn't realize I was a new customer, that's fine I can forgive that. But I'd be lying if I said it didn't rub me the wrong way. Fast forward about an hour and he has me review the findings from the vehicle inspection and that's when I decide to do a brake fluid flush as well because it's due. He says that he can drop $50 off the total price but doesn't mention the new customer oil change deal. So, the tally at this point is $135 for the oil change, plus $165 for the

I bought a Tacoma from Carvana and had LexTechs do a PPI during my 7 day return window… not only did LexTechs find over $7000 of necessary repairs that Carvana missed on their inspection, LexTechs got Carvana to cover all the repairs under warranty. This is the shop and these are the mechanics you’ve been looking for. They are honest, skilled, and professional. I can’t recommend them enough.

I visited LexTechs in Decatur for the first time in April 2026 to address overheating issues with my vehicle. Devon provided excellent care for both my car and me, including arranging a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. Since then, my car has been running very well. Additionally, I received two follow-up calls from Devon to confirm that there were no further issues. I was highly impressed with their overall service. So much so that I brought my father’s vehicle in last week to address some AC problems that previous mechanics were unable to diagnose. I was assisted by James, who was also exceptional. The repair involved replacing the AC relay and recharging the refrigerant, resulting in the vehicle blowing cold, strong airflow—my father was very pleased with the results. Both service technicians did a great job with explaining the issue and service plan. I am glad to have found a reliable service provider I can depend on for my vehicles. I would definitely recommend LexTechs to others.

James was very kool. I appreciated how calm and professional he was throughout the entire process. Despite me being used to going to the Lexus dealership for service, this location did look and feel very clean and comfortable although much smaller. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because of their loaner program that I was not able to utilize due to “unavailability”. I work for myself so that’s imperative to me. They were kind of enough to drop me off and pick me up so I did appreciate that as well. Overall, they seem like an honest and fair place to get ya car serviced
